Whether it’s your first group class, or you've tried all the others, this will be
the last one you'll ever need. Each in studio class is kept to a small number to guarantee attention to
your workout. Each class is one of a kind. A creative blend of strength training,
cardio, balance, agility and endurance to give you a well rounded, never boring,
challenging, yet doable workout. Attention to technique and safety is always at
the forefront of each class. You will find yourself in a supportive, encouraging,
motivating atmosphere where we will meet you right where you are. Classes run
50-60 minutes and can be scaled to work for everyone from the seasoned athlete
to the fitness beginner.
